What's the name of this movie?
I only remember a few scenes and a few plot details.
As for the plot, a "good couple" with a young daughter meets another
couple who claim that the daughter belongs to them.  The "evil couple"
has some kind of magic power and proceeds to terrorize the "good
couple."
Notable scenes:
The woman of the "good couple" is driving when her windshield suddenly
fogs up, completely blinding her and causing her to crash the car.
Also, I remember a portrait (possibly of the daughter) with bleeding eyes.
This is probably from the mid-late 80s or early 90s.
