I am looking for installation software for a forthcoming educational
software package that will be in both Windows and Mac versions.  We
will need a key generator to restrict initial use of the software to
those who purchase the CD; reminder capabilities, installation of
EULA; an uninstall feature, etc.
Can we use existing installer software to do this for both platforms
or do we need to commission a programmer to create a custom
installation for us?  If existing software is sufficient, what are the
most reputable vendors for this purpose in terms of high reliability
coupled with reasonable cost? In particular, is there a software
similar to Install Shield Multiplatform that is less pricey?
