Hello Mcvic-ga

Thank-you for your question.

The AllMusic.com website is the best location to find a solution to
your question. This website catalogues, or at least attempts to, all
music that has been released. It has published several books on
different aspects of the music industry.

There are several songs by different composers called "For You" but
the artists that have performed the version written by Bruce
Springsteen are:

Discoboys/Manfred Manns Earth Band (2005)
Greg Kihn (1977)
Manfred Mann (2003)
Manfred Mann's Earth Band (1980)
S.A.S. Band (2000)

Bruce Springsteen recorded the song first in 1973 on the "Greetings
From Asbury Park, N.J." album.

For further information on the recordings you can find the full
details including which albums the tracks are on from
http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=17:519801~T00I (or by
searching at their website for the song).

If you require any further assistance on this subject please do not
hesitate to ask for clarification.
