The Becar Business Brokers website has no statement on whether they do or
don't charge a fee to the person seeking financing. I have not been able
to find a statement about the Becar Business Brokers' fee structure.

The email address provided on the website is the only that I have been able
to find that is associated with Becar Business Brokers.
As the website is hosted on a free website hosting service, you could try
emailing them with the web address: http://www.venture.8m.com/ included and
see if they have other contact information for them.

That said, I doubt they will be able to provide anything to you beyond what

Becar Business Brokers might or might not charge fees. From the information
that I could source on the Internet, there is no way to find out unless they
are contacted via post or phone.
That said, there are almost always some kind of fees associated with the kind
of service that a company such as the Becar Business Brokers provide. Whether
they would "build" those fees into the finance package, again, would have to
be asked of them through the mail or telephone.

that International financiers business association or

The following is from the International Financiers Business Association (IFBA)
"Fees and Interest Rates" web page.

"There are no fees or obligations associated with the preliminary application.
No fees will be requested until we have determined with reasonable probability
that we will be able to secure terms from a Lender through our process. Only
then will we request a non-refundable fee of $295 which is used to partially
offset various administrative hard costs associated with processing your loan
request."
I stand by my statement, "That said, there are almost always some kind of fees
associated with the kind of service that a company such as the Becar Business
Brokers provide" as even IFBA has a fee.
Note that nowhere in my original statement did I state "a large fee" nor did I
state "an upfront fee," but "there are almost always some kind of fees."
Also please note that I did not state "there are always ..." but rather I
stated "there are almost always ..." and, again, I stand by those words.
I went on to state, "Whether they would 'build' those fees into the finance
package, again, would have to be asked of them through the mail or telephone."
Note that on the same IFBA web page they go on to state: "IFBA's 'usual and
customary' fees can be written into the terms reached between borrowers and
Lenders so that fees are paid at the time of loan closing."
So, it is clear the IFBA has other fees and that those fees can be "built in"
to the finance package, just I as pointed out.
Whether any or all of the above is the case with Becar Business Brokers is
something yet to be determined.
