What is the exact time to the millisecond of the Perihelion between the Sun and the Earth 2006? (So far I know, according to NASA, the date and time is January 4th 2006 15:30 UT however the exact second and millisecond have not been provided) The answer should show: 1. How to arrive at the calculation or reference used 2. Credentials of answerer 3. Any links or sources sited Note: The online navel observatory and US astronomical almanac do not provide the time to the second or millisecond. FYI: The question is for my own recreational use. |
