I am using Windows Windows XP, SP 2 Home Edition. I am having a
problem with Help at the right end of the toolbar of every application
that I have, except for Outlook. Whenever I click on Help on the
toolbar I get a drop down munu. If I then click on any item in that
drop down menu I get a screen that says that a problem has been
encountered and the application has to shut down. It will then shut
down the application and take me back to the desktop. As I said
above, it happens in all my applications, e.g., Internet Explorer,
Mozilla Firefox, Outlook Express, Music Match, Kodak just to name a
few. Essentially, I cannot get Help in any application that I have,
except Outlook, because it claims that a problem has been experienced
each time that I try to use Help that's at the end of any toolbar.
What is wrong, and how can I fix it?

Start by cleaning your computer of unecessary programs. Start with
Spybot Seach & Destroy & then Ad Aware (by Lavasoft). You can search
for these on majorgeeks.com
