I would settle with Full tuition reimbursement corporations in
Washington or California

Researchers are often leery of questions that ask for all of anything.
You'll be more likely to get an answer if you request a list of finite
size. Considering the modest price of the question, you might
reasonably expect a Researcher to find five corporations that meet
your requirement.
