The NASD (national association of securities dealers) required brokers
to be registered. The States also require registration. Some states
allow dual registration (being registered with more than one
broker-deal and/or investment advisor) some do not allow this. I need
a list of all 50 states of which states do and do not allow brokers to
have dual registration.
