My attorney filed motion to withdrawn from the case.He didn't show up
for civil settlement conferance,judge schedule a showcause hearing,he
got off on a technicality,offered no explanation to his client,case is
not settle,I decided
to make him wait for his money ,thats why he filed the motion.The next
step is trial.The judge left it up to me and said she would of done
the same thing.I let the motion pass.The plaintiff atttorney was there
and said that my attorney told
him he didn't have a good relationship with his client, all taken down
by the court reporter.Did he cross the line?

I believe that there is Michigan lawyer who is a Researcher and might
be able to answer your question, but the minimal price may not be much
incentive.  You might check the FAQs on pricing.  I expect that a
Researcher will have to ask for some clarification, itself a little
time consuming.
