I'm 26, and was taking Lamictal (lamotrigine)
100 mg twice a day, and Lexapro (escitalopram) 20mg once a day. I came
off the medication in September because I want to have a med-free
pregnancy. (I'm not pregnant yet, have been trying for 1.5 years).

What I'd like from this is to get research articles on either side of
the fence regarding the use of medications (especially the ones I
listed above) in pregnancy, and also breastfeeding. I'd like info to
share with my OB because he does not want me on any medication because
the PDR says it's category C without even looking into it. I feel that
it was a mistake coming off the meds and am relapsing.

I am not looking for medical advice, just research articles regarding
the use of Lamictal and/or Lexapro or articles showing a "preferred"
choice for antidepressant, mood stabilizing in pregnancy. Positive and
negative articles are welcome.

If I haven't been clear enough, I will clarify.

If at all possible I need the info by the 6th of January.
