My jpeg files used to always open up with "Windows Picture Fax Viewer"
now they open with "Internet Explorer" It happens with every picture
in every folder. I want to switch it back permanently - not just
select "open with" and choose Windows Picture Fax Viewer. I want to
agaon be able to easily move thru the pictures with the arrow buttons.

I answered my own question - use a neat little utility to reset the
defaults (or change them). see --->
