1. Why is it important that the project manager keep up with the latest trends in project management? 2. Can padding the budget be hidden by calling it a contingency fund? What are the positives and negatives to doing this in a project? |

If someone is interest I'm looking for a CEO for a business I'm been working it. The project is the creation of an start up active into auctions and e-commerce.
