A guy I know owns this business. I don't really understand the
principles of this site? I'm thinking that its a site that gathers all
sites into one with one username and password. Can you guys find out
the exact information of how this business is run. Thanks.

If you know the guy, just ask him.  Would not he be the best person to
provide the answer?
