I'd like two lists:

1) The urls of the top 60 (or more) online "middleman" advertising services
(Adsense, Overture, ASK , Enhance... on down the line) who work with
publishers (i.e. website owners who will sell ad space on their sites).

2) The urls of the top 40 (or more) online ad software or ad solution providers
for a publisher of a website that runs on a dedicated windows server
(adserversolutions.coms, adserver.com, and stuff in between)

Bonus tips for any comments or easily digestible info you can include that
helps evaluate, rank, or decide between choices on the lists.
