I want the inactive ingredients list for Fluoxetine 20mg, from IVAX
Pharmaceuticals and EON Labs. I am willing to pay five dollars per
list. EON's pill is "E85" and IVAX's is "LOGO 4356".

Call me crazy, but I find a notable difference between the effects of
IVAX and EON generic fluoxetine (prozac), and I want to know why.

As Pink-freud has generously donated his answer, I will repost my
question for the remaining list when this quesion expires. It will
still be $10 for the list.

This list of inactive ingredients comes from IVAX's website:

"Colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, D&C yellow #10 aluminum lake,
FD&C blue #1 aluminum lake, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline
cellulose, pregelatinized starch and sodium lauryl sulfate."

Hope this helps. I couldn't find EON's inactive ingredients online.

Thanks! I would have paid you... I know it was probably easy to find,
but it's worth the money to me.

I'm glad to have been able to offer some assistance. I hope someone
else can find the EON inactive ingredients for you, since having one
without the other doesn't give you much basis for learning why they
effect you differently.

I am curious as to whether you think that IVAX or EON is less effective.

I use Fluoxetine to counteract the effects of Seasonal Affective
Disorder, among other things. Without medication, I am unmotivated,
tired, have a feeling of hopelessnss, and am prone to angry or teary
outbreaks.

With EON, I still feel unmotivated and tired, but I am cheerful and
awake all day and don't have the emotional outbreaks. I am a more
reasonable and friendly person.

With IVAX, I am very energetic and find myself getting too hot and
having sweaty palms. I have trouble focusing. I also have trouble
reaching sexual climax, even when stimulated in ways that used to
ALWAYS work.

As of now, I am using a third manufacturer's pills, this time one
called TEVA. I have not had time to research its ingredients, but
would welcome a list under Answers. So far, it is much like IVAX
pills, but thankfully I can reach climax more easily. I am also able
to focus on tasks at hand without becoming distracted, and can do more
than one thing at a time without getting lost.

I will make a disclaimer, though: it could very well be all in my head.
