I found this information at www.whorepresents.com, a great resource
for questions about actor representation. I'm told by casting
associates that they use it all the time. (I called ICM abd BGE to
confirm, and while the site lits only Ms. Pilch and Mr. Styne at ICM,
Ms. Pilch's assistant gave me Mr. Howard's name as well.)
