My Question is: How much time did you spend on the original question
about Luis Castellanos Valui?  (#52939)

Greetings again! In total, I have spent about 5.5 hours on the
original Valui question.  This included the searches themselves,
translating certain terms into Spanish to search in that language, the
keying of the answer and clarifications, cutting and pasting links and
text from individual pages to support my research and a few emails to
galleries which provided no new leads.  Also, I have continued to
search sporadically since my last clarification on August 19.  I just
did another quick search yesterday to see if any new info had hit the
web but, unfortunately, it hasn't.

I hope you have located prints of Valui's work.  Initially you stated
that you would like to "purchase some quality prints or even originals
of his work" but I never could locate prints.  I finally did glimpse
his art - one of the pages  had his work but I kept getting Xs where
the pictures were.  Finally, it loaded the images and I fell in love
with the painting of the man with maracas in the striped shirt.  I can
see why you enjoy his creations.

Thanks for your help, my wife (who speaks spanish) contacted via phone
some business in the area and found that they are currently closed on
an extended vacation. I did contact them via email eventually and they
will be off vacation in a couple weeks.(must be nice) I hope to speak
with them further but did find out that that particular painting is
$2,800 (which is out of my budget quite a bit) Thanks Again
