Hi popular345-ga,

I contacted the National Medical Association (NMA), which is an
organization that all doctors who want to be identified as "black"
usually register. Here is the email response that I received:

"Thank you for your interest in contacting members of the National
Medical Association.  Please note, that we do make our list available
to rent for fee of 40 cents/label and a $100 administrative fee.  You
will need to provide details about the communication you want to send
to our members for our consideration and release.  Please include a
dates you want information distributed and appropriate contact names."

It doesn't look as if it will be possible to meet your 12PM deadline,
but if you are still interested in this information please let me know
and I will provide further instruction for obtaining it.

Answer guru,
   Thank you for your help.  I can not pay the fee to obtain the list
the way that the NMA suggested.  But if you know how to get it without
paying the fee, that would be great.  But, I need the actual list in
order to pay the 20$, not just the instructions on how I can get it.
