Hi David,

Are you requesting a phyical newspaper (the actual paper), or will you
accept an online obituary through a database?  I have found the
obituary online, but I am not sure exactly what you are requesting.
What information are you specifically seeking in the obituary so that
I will know if I have what you are looking for?

Dear csigirl:  I would simply like to read the obituary, in any form,
which was printed at the time of her death. She was an old girlfriend.
I had not seen or heard from her in many years and am curious because
I cared for her. I would hope to learn information about family,

I am very sorry that I was unable to find anything more about Marvel
for you.  I have been searching since you posted the question and the
best I can do is give you the link below to an obituary using data
from the Social Security Administration.

Phoenix, AZ is one of the few states I found that does not have any
archived newspapers dating back that far.  Most online obituaries
start at 1990 to present.  The information I found was very generic. 
It didn't even list the exact date of her death, other than it being
November 1983. It is not an actual obituary, but rather information,
which is why I am posting this as a comment rather than an answer.  I
believe you were looking for more extensive information than the found
obituary has listed, and therefore would not be worth your $10
payment.  I was really hoping to find more for you!

I will continue to search for you and see if I can uncover more
information.
