Hi, Leroy. There are a few sites, mostly of the Israeli government,
that you can visit for that information.
The most comprehensive list I found was on The Israeli Government's
Ministry of Foreign Affairs site. Using the Quick Search box on the
lower left with the search term "Sharon" returns 240 documents, many
of them speeches. There are a number of news articles as well.

There is also a list of Policy Statements by Israeli leaders:

The Israeli Prime Minister's Office has a list of Sharon's speeches,
dating from his inauguration in 2001 to present.

Searching the archives using the term "Sharon" will result in
additional speeches and press releases:

For Sharon's writings, you might take a look at his autobiography,
Warrior: The Autobiography of Ariel Sharon by Ariel Sharon, David
Chanoff (Contributor), Touchstone Books (August 2001).
Sharon has also written a number of articles in The Jerusalem Post
( http://www.jpost.com/ ). Use the advanced search
( http://pqasb.pqarchiver.com/jpost/main/advancedsearch.html ) and
search for "Ariel Sharon" as the author. You'll have to pay this
archived content.
