In a recent report about distance education in the EU, it mentions that there are approximately 2.5 million who use it for vocational studies. Furthermore; the report also mentions that distance education market in the EU could be worth 1 billion ECU. Since the primary users of distance education are post secondary education students then this report might have weight on your work.
