I need examples of Flash or JavaScript used to create working control
panels.  I am talking about web pages that have animated user
interface control (control panels).  See the example below.

I need live example to show someone what is possible as far as having
a cool looking, animated control panel that is a web page.  In the
example he does an excellent job and I learned a lot from it, but I
want to see how other have done it.  Maybe there are even some
libraries of Flash animations (for User Interface objects) that I can
purchase/download and use to make my own.  Maybe the same exists for
Java based objects.
