Just to clarify. Would links to online resumes of GIS consultants
suffice as an answer. Plus I found a GIS consulting firm in San
Francisco but they are in the area of real estate, would they count as
well?

A list of consultants in the area is what I need.  (I also found the
real estate firm and they appear to be more exclusively real estate
and not general consulting on GIS issues.)
