Can you please find examples of publicly underwritten workers’
compensation schemes that have ‘carved-out’ some parts of the business
to the private sector while keeping the rest public (eg taking a group
of old claims and selling to the private sector for handling, while
maintaining public underwritng for all other claims)?
The response needs to include the names of the scheme that did this
and the nature of the risk that was carved-out, plus any links for
additional inforamtion on the success of such arangemnts
