I receive a message whenever I open Outlook 2002.

It states "cannon find Program file\Starfish\TruSync\OLTS98.ext"

Once I 'ok' the message, the Outlook opens

The file listed does not appear on the harddrive.  I have done the
normal uninstall of Starfish.  How can I eliminate this.

Hi alnh-ga,

According to the Starfish Support site at...

"1. In Outlook 98/2000, choose Options from the Tools menu bar in
Outlook. Select the Other tab, click the Advanced Options button and
then click the Add-In Manager button. Uncheck TrueSync and click OK to
close the windows.

2. Uninstall TrueSync Plus using the Add/Remove Programs utility in
Windows Control Panel. Then restart Windows and delete the TrueSync

I realize from your question that you've already done Step #2.  You
may want to check to make sure that the TrueSync folder is also

Other options: The Starfish Tech Support site does also note when
discussing other problems with TrueSynch that it sometimes becomes
necessary to un- and reinstall OutLook Express altogether. If all else
fails, you can contact Starfish customer support at for further suggestions.
