i need information (government policies, requirements, exporting laws)
on U.S. books and magazines. I want to open a store oversea that
specialize in magazines; however I can't find any information on
these.

exporting to China (I know they have an importing policies, i could
find that else where)
also to Hong Kong ( this would the be the place i want to start ) 

Both countries i would like to import books and magazines from to US
