Hi Donhaughton,

Are you referring to the Owner Operating Manual? This manual explains
in detail how to program the mower and has a troubleshooting section
as well. What model mower do you have?

No not the owner operator manual, but how to find out how to reprogram
it as it does not work correctly. It has a mainboard and a few sensors
and 5 motors ther has to be some literature somewhere without that its
junk

Although I am not familiar with this product, from general experience
with this type of equipment, it may require a custom programmed chip
to change its programming - requiring special equipment, access to the
code info, etc.
