cannot find uk version of video of The Gods must be Crazy

A very funny movie. I saw it several times. 
But the VHS english version seems to be rather rare. Although
researching hard I could not find offers for new tapes.

I am sorry. Thsi is the first time that one of my answers hasn´t been
correct. Some other ga´s tolöd me that the word "VHS" that is used in
europe to indicate the video norm used has a different meaning in the
us. they use VHS even if the video norm is NTSC.
So only those videos saying VHS and PAL are suitable for your purpose.
Maybe I can help you in another way. My VCR (and many others) can play
videos both in VHS PAL and VHS NSTC norm. I´ve tested this.
If you provide the necessary information (brand and model) of your VCR
here i could try to find out if your VCR has that capability. Or you
can look it up in the operation manual of your VCR.
Sorry for my misleading information.

Videos sold on ebay.com are almost all in NTSC format for US
televisions. Videos for the UK should be in PAL format.

You can obtain second-hand PAL copies of "The Gods Must Be Crazy" from

(enter into the search box the phrase: gods must be crazy)

At the moment there are two copies for sale, with bids around £26:

Sorry eiffel-ga but I think you are wrong here. In ALL descriptions of
the videos I´ve listed the description says "VHS" video. In one offer
it´s mentioned that thes VHS pal tapes are rare. So I can´t see what
should be wrong in my answer.
And the video systems are known as VHS (Europe) and NTSC (USA etc.).

The relevant keyword when purchasing ebay videos for use in the UK is PAL, not VHS.

VHS is also used for NTSC-encoded videos for use in the US.
