In Microsofts Outlook, is there a way to reveal the e-mail address from the sender other than going through the properties? I want to reveal the sender in the actual in-box, but there doesn't seem to be that option. Is something so simple so unavailable? | |

Hello, smokeymischief: A think I must answer yes to your question "Is something so simple so unavailable?", I have done some research an here are my results: Show sender's mail host ?? http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=es&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=utf-8&threadm=uR4GGHEZ%24GA.329%40cppssbbsa03&rnum=8&prev=/groups%3Fhl%3Des%26ie%3DUTF-8%26oe%3Dutf-8%26q%3Doutlook%2Bsender%2Bcolumn%26lr%3D%26sa%3DN%26tab%3Dwg In this message an Outlook MVP answers negatively to an user that wants that feature. Annoyances.org - Display email addresses in Outlook Express http://www.annoyances.org/exec/forum/win98/t991851662 Here a user is frustated because he can't find such feature in Outlook Express. Showing the Sender's Email Address http://www.win2000mag.com/Articles/Index.cfm?ArticleID=8630 And finally an article that explains how to use Outlook VBA to add such feature, but I think is for Outlook 2000, not for Outlook Express which doesn't have VBA. Search strategy outlook sender column ://www.google.com/search?hl=es&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=utf-8&q=outlook+sender+column&sa=N&tab=gw Regards. |
