A song from my youth in Bible study had three versus. I can only
remember one of them, and I do not know the title; However...the
first verse goes like this.

"Back in the long, long ago...there were three men we all know...their
names were Meshcak, Shadrach, and Abednigo....the King gave orders,
we're told, to worship idles of gold...or in the firey furnace they'd
go. When they refused to kneel down, their hands and feet, they were
bound...the king said "while you're burning, show me God is around"...

what are the last two versus, and where might I get a copy of the
sheet music?

Thank you most sincerely...

After a lengthy search, I was unable to find a song with the lyrics
you quote, but you might be interested in a different song about the
same Biblical story. "Shadrack" was a hit for Louis Armstrong, and
also, in later years, for Brook Benton and Phil Harris. Although the
song sounds as if it might be an old African American spiritual, it
was written in 1931 by Robert MacGimsey, who also wrote "Sweet Little
Jesus Boy."

You can hear an audio clip from Louis Armstrong's version of
"Shadrack" here:

No luck here either, but another song about the Fiery Furnace story is
'The Fourth Man', recorded by Johnny Cash.

You can find the lyrics here:

This is killing me

I also remember the song from Bible school when I was a kid. I can't
find it anywhere either, but I am not giving up yet

I think you're referring to "Shadrach, Meshcak And Abednego." I was
able to find a brief MP3 of th ong sung by Bobbi Blake at:
http://www.aspma.com/mp3.htm, but I was unable to find the sheet
music. It may not be a published song.

It was popular enough for the Beastie Boys to paraphrase it:

"We're just 3 M.C.'s and we're on the go
SHADRACH MESACH ABEDNAGO"
