From your own experience, or from case studies in the literature,
select a successful organization (company or government agency or
non-profit organization) and an unsuccessful organization.  Describe
these organizations in terms of the ten decision areas of OM (as
described in Heizer and Render), comparing and contrasting them and
explaining (in terms of OM) why one was successful and the other a
failure.
