My late husband attended a secondary school (I think you would call it
a technical high school in the United States.) I Emailed UNICEF in
Lima, Peru giving them its name: "...#14 de Abancay", and asked them
if the Ministry
of Education in Peru had any record of the school. UNICEF Emailed
back that their Education Consultant said the name was changed to
"Colegio Industrial Cesar Vallejo" and the Consultant would Email me
the address because the school had no telephone, fax or Email address.
I have been unable to get a reply from the Education Consultant and
my Spanish is not sufficient. I can list his Email address, if you
think that will help.
I was impressed with the research you did. I don't know if the
information I
gave you will help. Accurate facts are sometimes difficult to get in
some areas
of Peru.

Hello:
I will continue my research with your clarification, I will need at
least the domain name of the e-mail address you have. The domain part
is the text at the right of the @ for example: email@domain.com, the
domain part is domain.com.

Thank you so much for your question. I originally wrote UNICEF if
they could check with the Ministry of Education (I suppose it is the
national central authority for education in Peru) to see if the
secondary school was still there.
I don't think I am doing harm to a person's privacy because UNICEF did
not think they were,so I am copying the Email I received from UNICEF
because the domain
of hotmail. com would not be of use. Again, thanks

I just pressed "post clarification" and realized I didn't copy the Email from
UNICEF, which is:

telephone, fax or e-mail.
