The book was published jan 2002.
only reviews so far were in New York Law Journal and Law.com both
April 5.
Have there been any other REVIEWS? (By this I mean more than one
paragraph.
I tried google several times and got 80 or so postings but these were noy real
reviews but merely libraries listing acquisitions.

Reference to these will not be an answer.
Were there any actual reviews i.e. references in more than one
paragraph ?

The website of this book's publisher only lists two reviews for it one
being the review from the New York Law Journal and the other being
from the forward of the book. See
