Greetings! I have discovered a few options from which you may choose.
You will need to phone the places to ascertain they have the exact
foods you require but they all stated some sort of single catering or
single meal packages and/or pick-up/delivery. The best options seem
to be Healthy Gourmet or Zone Perfect but I did find a few more that
may fit your needs.
From an article on the Healthy Gourmet:

In another search, I located Susan Dopart but her bio didn't mention
food prep for customers. However, I thought you might want to contact
her to see if she did offer that. If she doesn't, she may be a good
lead for a service that does provide what you are looking for:

service before she opened her restaurant. However, she may still
offer a pick-up service so I have included her in your list of
possibilities:
