Why is it likely that I inherited the hypercholesterolemia from my
mother? Explain this in terms of cholesterol synthesis (you’ll have to
read about this and/or search online) and the source of enzymes which

Is there further information in this question that you have not
supplied to us? Familial hypercholesterolemia is an autosomal dominant
condition that is not sex-related, and can therefore be inherited from
either parent.
