Ideally I wanted the latter (which is why I have paid $30). I have
looked through the web and easily found places where groups of fans
contribute information and opinions to a central site and therefore to
each other, so what I guess therefore want now is a place where I can
gain access to these fans: Ideally, I would like to be able to email a
short message personally and directly to the fans of these English
soccer clubs. I look forward to hearing from you.

These lists are not public information, and the Google TOS prohibit
private information to be answered here. If you're interested in
reaching members of fan clubs, you may consider contacting the clubs
and close a deal with them. Are you interested in a list of contacts
in each club?
