I WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT WHERE I CAN GET ONE OF THE TOPS (CLOTHES)
THAT BRITNEY SPEARS WEARS IN THE MOVIE "CROSS ROADS" IT IS THE TOP AT
THE END OF THE MOVIE (THE LAST 5 MIN BEFORE THE CREDITS) WHEN SHE IS
SINGING HER SONG "NOT YET A WOMAN" (SHE IS SITTING DOWN ON A STOOL AT
THIS CLIP.) IT IS A MIDRIFF TOP THAT HAS VERY LONG SLEEVE AND A FLOWER
TYPE PRINT. IS THERE A WAY TO FIND OUT HOW OR WHERE I COULD BUY ONE
THAT LOOKS SOMETHING LIKE THIS?

There is a site that specialises in celeb clothing, both identical and
in the style of.  It is www.asos.com (As Seen On Screen) and although
the Britney Spears top was not on the site when I looked, you may wish
to email them and get them to source it for you.

I think I may have located a top for you. I have not seen the movie 
but the top seems to fit the description you provided and Brittney
Spears is noted
to wear the brand. The top I located is from the Urban Collection
of Baby Phat. 

You can locate the blouse by doing the following:

1. Go to Baby Phat’s website at http://www.babyphat.com
2. Click on shop
2. Click on tops
3. Scroll down and click on page three

The second and third pictures are of the Deep V Peasant top. I’m
thinking
that the third is probably the top, but they just appear to be two
different colors.
The top is $52.  I found the same top at a couple of independent shops
but the shops
don't seem as reliable and the top costs the same, so I would
recommend ordering from Baby Phat if you want the top.

A couple of interesting side notes, if you click on “our style” and
then on who wears
Baby Phat, Brittney Spears is listed. 

I also found Baby Phat associated with her in a Rolling Stone article
at

Thank you so much for your detailed information, but this is not what
I was looking for.  It is kinda close but the sleeves are very unique,
if you where to ware this top and held out your arms in front of you,
the sleeves would drape down to about your knees. I think that they
may have had it made for her just for the movie; it may not be
available to buy.  Once again thanks for your research on this.
