Hello,

I would like to get contact information, e-mail addresses and Fax
numbers, to get a complaint handled by someone at GNC, nutritional
supplements company, who is responsible for managing their resolution.

The issue concernes staff behaviour and was in a Middle East country,
though I wouldn't mind widening the scope to Europe and the US if I
don't get an appropriate response from the regional contacts.

I've looked at their site and there is a customer enquiry number at 1
888 462 2548. I've tried it from the UK without any luck (maybe the
time difference?)

I also notice the overseas stores are franchised.

Greetings!  I phoned the 888 number provided by answer-finder and was
directed to the corporate office.  The number of corporate office in
Pittsburgh, PA, is 412-288-4600.

The gentleman I spoke with at the GNC 888 number was a fellow named
Jay, and he said the corporate office would be able to handle your
complaint.  He also confirmed that many of the GNC stores were
franchises.

I hesitate to post this as an answer because answerfinder-ga provided
the first clue and I feel he/she should have first chance at claiming
the fee.  I would call the corporate office for you but the cost of
the call would be more than my percentage of the question fee. 
Perhaps a researcher in Pittsburgh will see this question and be able
to call for you at no long distance charge.
