I have recently contacted my (UK) ISP, Demon, about the above problem,
and I reproduce the emails below:

> Could you tell me why I am seeing 3 copies of all emails? A single
email

arrives on
> my desktop. It may be a setting in Outlook 2000, as I see only one
copy if

Thanks for your email, only one message on the server indicates that
you are downloading one message 3 times. This most often happens if
you
are downloading for more than one email address on your Demon account
and
are leaving a copy of messages on the server.

Regards

While this answer appears to be true, it doesn't help solve the
problem. I download for 3 adresses, using 3 separate Outlook profiles.
I am using ADSL but had the problem on a previous dial-up account as
well.

Can you tell me how to prevent this from happening, while still
leaving messages on the Demon server and picking up mail for all my
accounts in one go?

One way to deal with it might be to tell Outlook automatically to
download ALL emails sent to the domain xxxxx, rather than just those
sent to the 3 addresses I use. Is that possible (I can't see how), or
could it be scripted/coded in some way?
