Where can I learn paragliding in the Philadelphia area? (Preferably
within 45 minutes *west* of Philadelphia, not in NJ.)

Keep in mind that if the lists I posted above don't provide you with
the instructor you're looking for, you might want to call the clubs I
posted. They surely would be able to put you in touch with a qualified
instructor.

Unfortunately the only Pennsylvania link listed (Valley Forge Hang
Gliding) is non-functional, but you might find something suitable in a
nearby state.
