I have entered the US on a B-1 Visa. Prior to coming here I held a
H1-B visa from a different employer. I had Stamped my wifes H4 on the
said H1 visa also.
My current employer has put my existing H1 to transfer. I need to know
whether I can get my wife in the US on the H4 she holds,even when the
H1 is under transfer?
Please note that the H4 held by my wife is on theH1 b visa of mine,
and this H1 b is under transfer. Please Advice

Please note that the H4 visa of my wife is stamped on the H1 b visa I
held, and that this said H1 B visa of mine is under transfer.
My I 94 on the B1 Visa I held was upto July 3rd 2002. My H1 transfer
is initiated on June 28th 2002. My H1 B visa that is under transfer is
Valid till March 2003. My wife's H4 is also valid till March 2003
