Hello,

According to the Indiana Department of Transportation:

"(EB) and (WB) Northwest ramp and loop and Southwest loop closed
between S.R. 51 and S.R. 53 at the I-65 Interchange for reconstruction
through November 2, 2002. Detour (WB) U.S. 30 traffic to and from I-65
will use route S.R. 53 and U.S. 231. Lanes width restricted to 12
feet."

and 50 mintues were left to answre the question.  Then you go ahead
