PB207 NMR is used to investigate Pb(II) chemical bonding. A number of
people have been active in this field. I guess the answer is to quote
whomsoever your teacher has described as being active in this respect

I need a starting point for my dissertation so a few names of people
who have researched Pb NMR recently would be a good start for me to
then look in scientific journals for more in depth information thank
you.
