If you are a private investigator I can refer you to a site (they
require proof), but otherwise I don't believe any of what you are
after can be found for free

Are the records completely FREE for private investigators or do they
charge.  Also what "proof" is needed to show that you are a private
investigator.  Please leave a comment and let me know.
