Point taken from respree's comment. Refined: Percentage of total sales
by category, i.e., internet, catalog and COGS by category if reported
or otherwise available.

I've done SEC reporting for 10 years and have never seen gross profit
any 10-K's or 10-Q's by business unit. In reporting a brief summary
by 'segment' on SEC files, typically the heading of this section is
called "Sales by Segment" which sometimes includes earnings from
operations, but 'very' little details like margins, SG&A, etc.

The idea with SEC reporting is comply with the law (i.e. obey the
disclosure requirements) but don't divulge anything you don't have to
(for competitive reasons).

Hope that helps. I'd be surprised if someone comes up with a list of
companies who voluntarily give this info.
