The Chanel site itself doesn't have an ordering capacity, and when
discussing online ordering you should always keep in mind that there
are some places, to which online order from some stores cannot be
sent.
Several online stores have some Chanel cosmetics. However, most of
them use product of the following site, or use products that are not
"European".
Strawberry Net <http://www.strawberrynet.com/>, a Hong Kong store that
promises shipment to everywhere in the world, have Chanel cosmetics in
their skincare and make-up section (they also "translate" the currency
to many known currency, so you may be able to know how much it costs
in your country and compare). The Strawberrynet products are the
"French" Chanel (manufactured for the European market), not the North
American line.

My search strategy was to use the words "chanel" and "cosmetics" with
search terms such as "online", "european OR europe" in Google.com as

you'd check alt.fashion

since the members there are people whose business/hobby is fashion and
have lots of knowledge on how to get products and what they worth ( =

In other words, your best choice is Strawberry Net. They ship to
everywhere in the world and have relatively wide range of Chanel
cosmetics European products. They are the suppliers for many other
online stores, so it is better to buy from Horse's Mouth, so to speak.
They are also considered reliable and fair.
