While I was on the internet my cat jumped onto the key board and
walked accross it. When he was done all the pop ups and certain texts
(about half) are enlarged about double size and I don't know what keys
he hit. It only seems to have affected the internet sites. I have
windows xp and use internet explorer. Can anybody help me?

Hello Keithf,

Thank you for your question.

Increase or Decrease the Font Size of Web Pages Displayed on Screen:

“Using the View menu in Internet Explorer, you can quickly change the
size of fonts on your screen to make the page easier to read. When you
make these changes in Internet Explorer, they also will be reflected
on all Microsoft Help pages. In this tutorial you can select from five
different font sizes.”

1. On the Internet Explorer menu bar:

Select View

Point to Text Size

2. In the Text Size list:

Select the text size that best meets your needs from smallest to
largest.

Your cat must have the largest text size chosen. I always have mine
checked at medium.

I hope this helps.

If you have a wheel mouse, you could try holding down CONTROL and
rolling the wheel. This will also increase or decrease the font size
in IE.
