I get a microsoft error on my screen says...Can't find ini file or
entry program not installed correctly....How do I handle this??

We need more info to help you:
- When does this error appear?
- Wich program is failed?
- Wich version of windows are you using?

There are multiple ini files which could be causing the problem. 

I would recommend Clicking Start, Run, and running the file
"msconfig".  In your startup tab disable all programs listed.  If the
problem goes away, start enabling the programs one at a time (reboot
between each program enabled), and see when the problem happens again.
This will help you determine which program is causing the problem, and
than you can go about reinstalling it.
