Last week i apply to get a paypal account. But until today i can't
receive or send money. They told me to full fill my member number. but
i can't remember that  have accept my member number.Is there a
possblity that they have sent my member number to a different address?

Could you please let me know whether you've just added your banking
a/c or your credit card a/c to your paypal account. This will help me
to resolve your problem. I recently opened up an a/c with Paypal and
it was very easy for me to complete all the steps.

Your member number is listed on your credit card statement. It will be
a four digit number stated before teh activation charge from paypal.
You can still use paypal without entering this, but it measn your
account is unverified which means that people don't know if you have a
valid bank account listed with paypal. see below for what paypal have
to say.


How do I add a credit card and complete my PayPal membership?

 You can add a credit card from your account overview.  Show me After
you add a card, complete your PayPal membership by entering your
Member Number. For membership confirmation purposes, PayPal will
charge your credit card a $1.95 membership fee. The charge will
accompany a unique, randomly generated 4 digit Member Number.

Check your online or physical credit card statement. If you have
online access to your credit card statement, it usually takes
approximately 2-3 business days for the charge to appear, depending on
your issuing bank. If you do not have online access to your statement,
wait until you receive your physical statement in the mail to check
your 4 digit PayPal Member Number.
After you have found the Member Number in your credit card statement,
you will need to complete your membership.
