Before you answer my question ,please read this : Thank you for contacting Hostsave support. In order to send and receive email you have to use a email program such as outlook express. Open it up and click on tools and the account and then feel in the required fields. When it ask for incoming mail server put mail.hostsave.com and outgoing mail server put smtp.hostsave.com, then when it ask for account name put the name of your email address which would be (sample_yourdomainname.com) and then the password you assigned it when setting it up in your control panel and your finished. The read on you are unable to receive your email is because your DNS needs to be changed to us. Please change your DNS information with your registrar which is networksolutions.com Please visit that website and click on account manage and log on with an account number and password you should have received from them when registering your domain name. Then click on Change DNS. We do not do this for you because we do not own your domain name, you do. Currently it says your website is pointing to: Name Server: DNS3.EARTHLINK.NET Name Server: DNS2.EARTHLINK.NET Please change to NS1.HOSTSAVE.COM 207.150.196.199 NS2.HOSTSAVE.COM 207.150.197.103 Ps. i have tried to create incoming mail server and out going server. I belive that i did it correctly. But i can't change my DNS. My hosting provider told me to change it with helping from networksolutions.com (they told me that it is my registrar), but when i trying to open my account in networksolution.com they sad that they don't have my account on their data base. anyone can help me to solve this problem??? | |

Hi, If you do a "whois" search, it will show you who the registrar of your domain is, you can then contact them to have the DNS changed. There are several places to do a "whois" search - just type whois into the Google search engine and it will give a list. Regards milamba-ga |
